When is the earliest that you can deliver?
For orders placed before 3pm, the orders can reach you on the next day (we deliver from Monday to Saturday).
Can you deliver to hotel and leave at hotel reception?
Yes, we can :) Just indicate your hotel's address and write "Leave at reception" under the “Apartment, suite, etc." at the check out page. You can also reach us via WhatsApp by clicking on this link here if you have any query.
If your order amount is above $120, delivery fee of $8.00 will be waived and your goods will be delivered at no cost!

For all deliveries, we aim to deliver to you at your selected date and time slot promptly. However, due to the current situation, we seek your kind understanding if there happen to be rare cases of late delivery - as the operations manpower has been reduced as part of the safety measures put in place to keep Singapore safe.
We aim to deliver to as many places as we possibly can. However, due to certain restrictions, we are unable to deliver to the following places:
Tuas Link, ST Kinetics, Changi Terminal 1-3 and all Boulevards, Resorts World Sentosa, Army Camps, Seletar Airport, Shipyards, Pulau Ubin, Country Clubs, Changi Cargo Complex, SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, ST Kinetics, Turf Club Avenue, Jurong Island, and any other offshore islands.
Can I engage my own delivery operator (e.g. Lalamove, Qxpress) to pick up my items from you if I need the items urgently?
