We apologize if we have sent you an incorrect item. Please inform the Customer Service Team at 6257 8608 (☎️), 9643 5603 (Whatapps) or Sales@fragrance.com.sg (📧) – Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm with the order number and affected item name.

Replacement item(s) will be sent over to you on the next 1 to 2 working days after the verification.
