Due to food safety, items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED
We apologize if we have sent you an incorrect item. Please inform the Customer Service Team at 6257 8608 (☎️), 8881 9608 (Whatapps) or Sales@fragrance.com.sg (📧) – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with the order number and affected item name.
Replacement item(s) will be sent over to you on the next 1 to 2 working days after the verification.
DEFECTIVE / FAULTY PRODUCT RECEIVED
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. To contact us, please WhatsApp +6588819608, call +6562578608 or email sales@fragrance.com.sg.
REFUNDS
For order cancellation, we would require a 2 days notice for us to process the cancellation. Please take note that for cancellation/refunds of orders, there would be a fee of $0.50 + 3.2% of your order amount. This fee is the transaction fee which is payable to the payment gateway, and is not charged by Fragrance.
You can choose to change your items or change your delivery date too - this is FOC. Just contact us at Sales@fragrance.com.sg or 8881 9608 (Whatapps) 2 days before your original delivery date and we will attend to your request accordingly.
